How to Play (Click to Expand/Collapse)
  • Goal: Install and connect plumbing fixtures at the highlighted target locations (dashed borders) within time and budget.
  • Movement: Click any empty grid cell or pipe to move the Plumber (👨‍🔧) there.
  • Get Supplies:
    1. Select a supply item (Pipe, Sink, etc.) from the buttons below.
    2. Move the Plumber to the Supply Van (🚚).
    3. Click the Van cell again. The item cost is deducted, and the 'Carrying' status updates.
  • Installation:
    1. Move the Plumber to the desired cell.
    2. Click the cell *again* while carrying the correct item:
      • Place **Pipe** on empty cells or connect to existing pipes/fixtures.
      • Install **Fixtures** (Sink, Toilet, Shower) *only* on their matching highlighted target location.
    3. Placing an item uses the supply you're carrying.
  • Piping: Pipes automatically connect to adjacent pipes or fixtures. Fixtures need water flow from the Water Main (💧) via pipes. Connected pipes/fixtures will show water flow (color change).
  • Complete Job: Once all target fixtures are installed correctly AND have water flow, the 'Complete Work Order' button will appear. Click it to win.
  • View: Use "Toggle 3D View" for a different perspective.
  • Win/Lose: Finish before time/budget runs out and complete the work order. Failure results in feedback.

What this tool does

Pipe Fitter Pro is a grid-based plumbing installation puzzle. Select a job, collect Pipe or fixtures from the Supply Van, place each fixture at its matching target, and build an adjacent pipe route from the Water Main so every fixture receives water flow.

  1. Press Start Job and choose Simple Sink, Bathroom Rough-in, or Full Kitchen & Bath
  2. Review the Water Main, Supply Van, target fixtures, time limit, and budget
  3. Select Pipe, Sink, Toilet, or Shower from Available Supplies
  4. Move the Plumber to the Supply Van and click it again to collect the selected supply
  5. Place Pipe on empty cells to build a route, or place a fixture only on its matching dashed target
  6. Connect each fixture to the Water Main with adjacent pipe sections
  7. Wait for the connected fixtures to show water flow, then click Complete Work Order
  8. Use Toggle 3D View for another perspective while planning the installation
