Ready. Add an object, center/fit it, rebuild setup, then generate final mould.
3D Mould Builder
Design a custom injection mould cavity step by step, entirely in your browser โ then export the negative ready for machining or printing.
What this tool does
Walk through a guided workflow to build a 3D mould: add the part geometry, define the parting line, generate mould halves with keys, vents, and runner channels, then preview the assembled mould in 3D. Export STL, OBJ, or GLB for tooling or prototyping.
Typical injection-moulded ABS uses 0.5โ0.7 %. Silicone casting usually needs no shrink allowance.
▶ Can I import my own geometry?
The tool uses primitive shapes to define the part. For complex imported parts, use Blender then export and add keys manually.
▶ Are the keys and vents sized automatically?
Yes โ the tool applies standard sizes based on mould volume. You can adjust them after generation.
▶ What's the minimum wall thickness?
3 mm minimum is recommended for FDM-printed moulds; 2 mm for resin-printed moulds.
