Transform an image, draw a crop region, or use browser-based object detection to select a subject before downloading a PNG.
SnapCrop Studio is a browser image cropper with rectangular, square, freehand, brush-path, circle, ellipse, and aspect-ratio crop modes. It also loads the COCO-SSD model through TensorFlow.js to find selectable people, cars, animals, books, chairs, laptops, and screens.
The main input is a local image selected through the file picker. Controls include zoom from 10β500%, rotation from β180Β° to 180Β°, skew X/Y, crop aspect ratios of 1:1, 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, and 3:4, crop shape, invert mode, and an AI category filter.
The canvas previews the transformed image, crop handles, grid, inverted region, and AI detection boxes labeled with their class and confidence. Applying a crop updates the working image, and Download Image creates a PNG named snapcrop-ai-cat.png.
The file input accepts image files through your browser. The page does not require an account or a server-side upload workflow; the selected image is processed in the browser.
The category menu supports all objects, people, face selection through person detection, cars, animals, books, chairs, laptops, and TVs or monitors. Detection quality depends on the image and the modelβs confidence.
No. AI selection identifies rectangular object bounds for cropping. It is not a pixel-accurate segmentation or background-removal service.
