What this tool does

EmailAutomate prepares personalized email drafts from up to five reusable templates. It substitutes supported name placeholders into each message, validates recipient addresses, and creates mail links that open in the user’s configured email client.

How to use this tool

1. Choose one of the five template tabs
2. Enter a subject, message, and one recipient per line; use an optional comma-separated full name
3. Personalize the message with {{name}}, {{fullName}}, {{firstName}}, or {{lastName}}
4. Prepare the emails, review skipped invalid addresses, and open each draft in Outlook or Gmail
5. Use Save All Templates to download a JSON configuration, or Load All Templates to restore one

Inputs

Inputs include up to five template subjects and plain-text message bodies, plus newline-separated recipient addresses. Recipients may use the format email@example.com or email@example.com,Full Name. The supported placeholders are replaced per recipient.

Outputs

The app creates a list of personalized mailto drafts for valid recipients and identifies invalid lines instead of preparing them. Save All Templates downloads a JSON file; the tool does not send email, provide delivery tracking, or act as a bulk-mail server.
