JunctionBoxAdv is an interactive enclosure assembly builder. It creates a rounded core box and lets you add divider walls, mounting posts, circuit boards, and knockout plugs as separate selectable parts.

How to use this tool

1. Open Box and set width, depth, height, wall thickness, and edge radius in millimeters
2. Use Add Parts to insert divider walls, mounting posts, circuit boards, or knockout plugs
3. Select a part in the 3D view to move or edit its properties, or delete it when no longer needed
4. Use Reset Part Positions if the assembly needs to return to its default layout
5. Export the visible assembly as STL, OBJ, or GLB

Inputs

Inputs are core-box dimensions from 20–500 mm in width/depth, 10–300 mm in height, wall thickness from 1–25 mm, edge radius from 0–50 mm, added part types, part properties, and 3D pointer/transform interactions.

Outputs

The app renders a movable enclosure assembly and exports all visible parts in their current positions as STL for 3D-printing workflows, OBJ, or GLB with separate parts. The output is a concept model and should be checked in dedicated CAD software before manufacturing.
