What this tool does

FitQuest records exercise sets and shows the previous performance as a target to beat. It tracks weight in kilograms, reps, daily set progress, history, personal records, and a rest countdown.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose a preset exercise or add a custom exercise
  2. Set the target number of sets for the exercise
  3. Enter the weight in kilograms and reps for each completed set
  4. Review the last-set target, today’s progress, history, and PR indicators
  5. Use the built-in rest control between sets; its countdown is fixed at 90 seconds

Inputs

Choose or name an exercise, set a target set count, and enter weight in kilograms plus reps for each set. Exercises can be added or deleted from the list.

Outputs

The dashboard shows the last set target, today’s set count, workout history, and personal-record indicators. Data is saved in this browser’s local storage; there is no account, server sync, or export in this page.

Where is my workout data stored?

The page stores workout data in local browser storage on the device you use. It does not provide an account, server sync, or export.

Can I add an exercise?

Yes. Choose the add-exercise option, enter a name, and use the new exercise in the workout log. Existing exercises can also be deleted.

What does Target to Beat show?

It summarizes the previous logged set for the selected exercise so you can compare the current set with that prior performance.

Is the rest timer customizable?

No. The built-in rest countdown is fixed at 90 seconds.
