PeoplePath employee lifecycle planner

Offline employee lifecycle workspace for recruitment, onboarding, training, growth and exit. Track checklists, follow-ups and employee records locally.

What it does

Organizes a person’s progress through recruitment, onboarding, training, growth, and exit, with staged checklists, notes, follow-ups, and workspace summaries.

Who it is for and when to use it

For a single user who wants a simple, local checklist workspace to keep employee lifecycle steps and next actions visible. It is not a multi-user HR system or a substitute for secure personnel-record software.

How to use it

  1. Add a person and record only the information needed for the workflow.
  2. Complete the relevant steps for recruitment, onboarding, training, growth, or exit.
  3. Review open actions and progress, then export a JSON backup when you need to keep or move the workspace.

Inputs

Employee and role details, dates, stage-specific checklist answers, notes, and follow-up information. Do not enter passwords or access credentials.

Outputs

Local employee records, lifecycle progress, checklists, action and follow-up views, and JSON workspace/person exports. Importing a workspace is a user action and can replace the current local data.

Example use cases

Agent interface and limits

The page exposes the documented window.EmployeeLifecycle interface. Call describe() to inspect available action schemas, then use execute(actionName, arguments); it returns structured success or error data and uses the same actions as the human controls. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD. The employee workflow does not call an AI service or send employee records to a server; the analytics tag may send page-view data to Google when online. Its single-user workspace is stored in this browser, not an account or shared server.
