How to use
Define Criteria: List the requirements (e.g., Cost, Risk) and assign a Weight (1-10) based on importance.
Define Options: List the solutions/vendors you are comparing.
Baseline: In the matrix, choose one option as the reference (Standard). It stays at 0.
Score: Rate other options relative to the Baseline using the dropdowns.
Calculation Logic
Cell Score = Weight × Rating
- ++ (2) : Much Better
- + (1) : Better
- S (0) : Same (Baseline)
- - (-1) : Worse
- -- (-2) : Much Worse
Example: If 'Cost' has Weight 5 and an option is 'Better' (+1), the result is 5 points.
