Madd (Elongation)
What it is: Stretch certain sounds longer, like ا (Alif), و (Waw), or ي (Ya).
Example: الرَّحْمَـٰنِ
Ghunnah (Nasal Sound)
What it is: A humming sound from your nose with ن (Noon) and م (Meem) when they have a Shaddah (ّ ).
Example: إنَّ
Qalqalah (Echoing Sound)
What it is: Letters ق ط ب ج د make a "bouncing" sound with Sukoon (ْ ) or when you stop on them.
Example: أَحَدٌ
