ServiceFlow service-business planner

Offline service-business planner for demand, jobs, team capacity and growth. Model weekly delivery limits and eight-week cash projections with local data.

What it does

Connects services, customer demand, job commitments, shared staff capacity and cash assumptions in one local planning workspace. The eight-week projection and scenario tools help reveal delivery or cash constraints before you take on more work.

Who it is for and when to use it

For owners and small service teams who want to compare incoming work with qualified labour, supervision, payment timing, and a chosen reserve before making a commitment.

How to use it

  1. Set the business start date, currency, capacity buffer, cash and payment assumptions.
  2. Define services and estimated hours, materials, skills, staffing, and demand assumptions.
  3. Add people and their available hours and service skills, then record leads, quotes, and jobs.
  4. Review weekly capacity, follow-ups, recommendations, and growth scenarios. Save a JSON backup before replacing the current plan with an import.

Inputs

Business assumptions; service prices, costs, labour, skills and demand; people’s roles, hours, skills and availability; job dates, units, statuses, probabilities and tasks; and cash, overhead, payment lag and reserve values.

Outputs

Weekly labour and supervision feasibility, capacity gaps, service demand projections, eight-week cash projections, next actions, job assessments, and what-if scenario results. JSON can be imported or exported for a portable backup.

Example use cases

Agent interface and limits

window.ServiceFlowAgent.get_state() returns the local plan, weekly constraints, cash projection, and next actions. get_schema() describes validated actions; supported actions share the same domain rules as the human controls and return structured success or error results. This is a local planning model: it does not send messages, make bookings, create real hires, or read external business data. Planning records stay in this browser; the analytics tag may send page-view data to Google when online. Projections depend on entered assumptions and are not guarantees.
