          Outputs

          The app shows OK/Low/Out status, projected days left, suggested order quantities, supplier-grouped orders, purchase orders, and recent history. Export All Data downloads JSON; localStorage autosaves the workspace.

          How are days left and suggested quantities calculated?

          The app uses recorded usage, current stock, lead time, par/reorder levels, and a demand factor for simple projections. It is not a forecasting model.

          Does creating a purchase order send it to a supplier?

          No. Purchase orders are local workflow records. The page does not connect to suppliers, a POS, email, or a purchasing system.

          What happens when a purchase order is received?

          Receiving adds the ordered quantity to stock, updates the item’s last cost, and records the adjustment in history.

          Can I move data to another browser?

          Export All Data to JSON, then use Import Data in the other browser. Import replaces the current local workspace.
