What this tool does

Customizable Task Board helps you organize work across six Kanban columns: Backlog, To Do, In Progress, Review, Completed, and Follow Up. Create task cards with a title, description, assignee, due date, priority, and follow-up date, then move them through the board as work changes.

How to use this tool

1. Use Settings to rename the board, task and team-member terms, recurring-item term, column labels, and colors if needed.
2. Add team members, then use Add New Item to enter task details and assign work.
3. Create recurring items with a frequency, optional day, and time; use Schedule Now to place one on the To Do column.
4. Drag tasks between columns as they progress, and use the follow-up date to track next actions.
5. Export a JSON archive for backup or sharing, or import a compatible JSON archive to continue existing work.

Inputs

Enter task titles, descriptions, assignees, due dates, priorities, and follow-up dates. You can also add team-member names, recurring-item schedules, an optional archive label, and board terminology, column labels, and color settings.

Outputs

The page displays your work as a customizable Kanban board with team-member and recurring-item lists. Export Data (JSON) downloads the current board data, team members, recurring items, and related settings for backup or later import.
