BookingManage is a lightweight event operations hub. Create and track events, associate clients and team members, save reusable event presets, manage follow-up tasks, record payments and expenses, and attach file links from the dashboard.
Enter event details, client and team contact information, preset defaults, task names, payment and expense amounts, notes, and file URLs. Data is maintained in the browser, so use the export option to preserve a backup before clearing site data or changing devices.
The app displays upcoming and searchable event cards, client and team lists, task progress, finance totals, and linked files. It can export the complete planner state as JSON and create an iCalendar file for an event; it does not send invitations or upload files to a remote service.
