One shipment · three simple steps · no sign-in
All results and selling prices use your reporting currency. Changing its code does not convert your numbers; update supplied exchange rates too.
1
Add your purchased items
Import a CSV or add rows. Enter the purchase price per unit, before shared shipment charges.
Import replaces the item list after confirmation. Start with the template for matching columns.
What do these fields mean?
FX rate: reporting currency per 1 unit of purchase currency. Example: USD to CAD at 1.36 means enter 1.36. Use 1 for the reporting currency. Weight: weight of one unit in kg. Custom: a total allocation score for that row, such as total volume or pallet space; it is not multiplied by quantity. Sell/unit: optional selling price in the reporting currency, excluding sales tax. Use unique SKUs within this shipment; combine identical rows before import.
2
Enter the actual charges
Add freight, duties, brokerage or other costs. Return here when another invoice arrives.
Use amounts and rates from your records. Positive amounts add costs; negative amounts record credits. Every charge is shared across all items using the selected method. No automatic tariff calculation.
3
Compare, then export
Choose how to split the charges. Your purchase costs stay the same.
