PCD Agentic Control Visualizer — Protocol Sandbox
Visualize the Presence–Commitment–Delivery agent loop, Governor controls, risk signals and replayable workflow cases in a local browser sandbox.
What this tool does
This interactive visual sandbox demonstrates a Presence → Commitment → Delivery workflow loop and a separate agnostic Governor. It steps through representative cases, shows state transitions and logs, and lets you inspect how idempotency, nesting, capacity, risk and signature signals affect the diagram.
Who this is for
- Product and engineering teams discussing agent workflow protocols
- Designers explaining commitments, delivery states and governance checks
- Students and technical readers exploring event-driven workflow concepts without a live backend
How to use this tool
- Choose a representative workflow case from the case cards
- Use Next step to advance the loop one state at a time or Auto run to animate it
- Toggle the Governor, idempotency, nested-work, capacity, risk and signature conditions
- Use Replay same event to inspect repeat-event behavior, Reset loop to clear the state, or Reset view to restore the diagram framing
Inputs
The sandbox accepts case selection, step/auto-run actions, replay and reset actions, diagram view controls, and Governor, idempotency, nested-work, capacity, risk and signature toggles.
Outputs
Outputs are a rendered workflow diagram, stage and node states, case-specific annotations, governance details, and an event/status log showing the current simulated sequence.
Limitations and responsible use
This page is a conceptual visualization, not an agent runtime. It does not connect to customer systems, execute external work, call an AI provider, or prove that a production protocol is safe or complete. The displayed cases and transitions are illustrative.
Example use cases
- Choose a representative workflow case from the case cards
- Use Replay same event to inspect repeat-event behavior, Reset loop to clear the state, or Reset view to restore the diagram framing
Frequently asked questions
Does this run real agents?
No. It visualizes a local, predefined protocol model and does not send events or execute customer, engineering, finance or AI workflows.
What does Replay same event show?
It lets you inspect how the visualization represents a repeated event under the current idempotency and Governor settings.
