One stream. Six destinations.
Inspect the system. Change the recipe. Follow every decision.

Run a virtual recycling-sorting line, inspect sensor evidence and review editable equipment, material, BOM and cost assumptions.
SortLab is an offline interactive engineering prototype. It simulates a mixed material stream moving through a six-destination sorting line, with virtual sensing, configurable material profiles, HMI controls, batch results, event logs, a bill of materials and planning estimates.
The simulator accepts preset selection, playback speed, run/step/reset/e-stop controls, feed rate, belt speed, confidence threshold, view-layer toggles, equipment settings, material profiles, batch items, BOM edits and local project files.
The page renders a 3D virtual sorter and HMI, reports processed items, throughput, accepted purity, recovery by material, alarms and event history, and calculates editable CAD planning allowances. Results are simulated and do not control real equipment or validate a production line.
