How to use this tool

1. Select a local video or GIF and wait for its duration and controls to load.
2. Play or scrub the timeline, then use Capture Current Frame for one PNG.
3. Use Mark Current Frame at important timestamps and download the marked set.
4. For regular sampling, enter Start, End, and Interval seconds, then choose Download Interval Frames.
5. Review the browser downloads; each extracted frame is saved as an individual PNG.

Inputs

The file input accepts video formats supported by the browser plus GIF images. Other inputs are the current playback position, marked timestamps, and interval start, end, and spacing in seconds.

Outputs

The hidden canvas renders the current video frame and the app downloads PNG stills. Marked frames and interval frames download as separate files; the page does not create a new video, ZIP archive, or editable project.
