A lightweight planning board for community events, volunteer teams, recurring activities, and post-event follow-up.

What this tool does

Community Event Hub organizes event work on a six-stage board: Ideas / Proposals, Planning Phase, Promotion & Outreach, Final Preparations, Event Live / Active, and Post-Event / Feedback. Event cards can include a lead organizer, date and time, purpose, priority or impact, and follow-up date.

The hub also maintains an organizer list with appreciation stars, recurring meetings or activities, and JSON data import and export for backups or handoffs.

How to use this tool

1. Add organizers and use Appreciate or Remove to maintain the lead list.
2. Add a recurring meeting or activity with its title, daily through annual frequency, applicable day or date detail, and time.
3. Choose Plan New Event and enter the event name, description or purpose, lead organizer, date and time, priority or impact, and follow-up date.
4. Drag event cards through the six planning columns. Edit or delete a card from its event actions as needed.
5. Use the archive label with Export Event Data (JSON) to download a backup, or import a previous JSON file to restore organizers, events, recurring activities, and identifiers.

Inputs

Inputs include organizer names, event titles, descriptions, lead assignments, event date and time, priority, follow-up dates, recurring activity frequency and timing, and exported JSON files.

Outputs

The output is an editable event planning board with organizer records, recurring activities, event stages, priorities, dates, and follow-up details. Event data can be downloaded as JSON. Records are stored in this browser's local storage; the tool does not provide public event publishing, invitations, ticketing, or payment processing.
