What this tool does

StrataSync Hub is a lightweight strata and property-operations task manager. It combines a Kanban board for resident requests and maintenance work with staff/vendor contacts, recurring inspection reminders, and JSON data backups.

How to use this tool

1. Add staff members and vendors so they can be assigned to work.
2. Create tasks with a request or unit reference, details, assignee, due date, priority, and optional follow-up date.
3. Drag tasks through New Requests, Assessing, In Progress, Review, Completed, and Follow-Up columns.
4. Add recurring maintenance or inspection schedules, then create board tasks from them.
5. Export a labeled JSON backup or import a previous StrataSync Hub JSON file.

Inputs

Enter contact names, task titles, issue details, assignees, due dates, priorities, follow-up dates, and scheduled maintenance frequency, day, and time. An optional building/date label can be used for exported filenames, and compatible JSON backups can be imported.

Outputs

The page displays a sortable Kanban board, staff/vendor contact list with ratings, active maintenance schedules, and task details. Records are saved in this browser’s local storage, and the data-management controls export or import JSON backups. It is not a shared cloud database or resident portal.
