HVACTeamOrg combines technician management, job tracking, recurring service schedules, and a Kanban-style workflow. Log jobs, assign technicians, set due dates and priorities, and move work from new intake through completion or follow-up.

How to use this tool

1. Add technicians and create recurring services such as filter changes or inspections
2. Log a job with its description, notes, assignee, due date, priority, and optional follow-up date
3. Move work through the New, Scheduled, In Progress, Review, Completed, and Follow-Up columns
4. Export job data as JSON or import a compatible backup when moving between sessions

Inputs

Inputs include technician names, job descriptions, notes, assigned technician, due date, priority, follow-up date, recurring service description, frequency, day, and time. JSON files can be selected for import.

Outputs

The app displays technician ratings, scheduled recurring services, and job cards organized by workflow status. Export Job Data downloads the current technicians, jobs, services, and identifiers as JSON.

Limitations

This is a lightweight browser operations board, not a dispatch, customer-record, inventory, or technician-certification system. Treat local data and exported JSON as workspace records, and verify backups before relying on them for business continuity.
