Advanced 5 Whys RCA Visualizer turns a problem statement into a structured root cause analysis. Capture What, When, Where, Who, impact, detection method, extent, and initial evidence, then branch into Why questions and attach evidence or corrective actions to the resulting nodes.

How to use this tool

1. Open RCA Controls and complete the 5W2H fields: problem, timing, location, people affected, impact, detection method, and extent
2. Add supporting observations or logs in Initial Evidence, then choose Add Initial Problem
3. Use Start Why Chain on a node to add the next Why and optional evidence
4. Edit node text or evidence, classify factor types, and add corrective actions to root-cause nodes
5. Check actions as they are completed and use the zoom controls to navigate a large analysis tree
6. Export the analysis as JSON, or import a previous JSON analysis to continue the investigation
