Lay out illustrative electrical or process diagrams with reusable symbols, annotations, title blocks, and PNG export.
ElecDrafting2 is a browser canvas for sketching electrical schematics and P&ID-style diagrams. Place and edit lines, rectangles, circles, text, electrical components, mechanical equipment, valves, gauges, flanges, reducers, and a configurable title block.
Inputs include Letter, Tabloid, A4, or A3 landscape page size; 1:1, 1:10, 1:50, or 1:100 scale; grid settings; drawing objects; component properties; and title-block fields such as drawing number, revision, date, and reviewer names.
The output is an in-memory canvas drawing with a title block, revision information, status coordinates, and selectable objects. Export PNG downloads a raster image, while Print opens the browser print flow. PDF export is disabled in the shipped file.
No. It is a visual drafting canvas with illustrative symbols. It does not calculate loads, validate codes, check connectivity, generate a netlist, simulate a circuit, or produce a BOM.
The dedicated PDF export is disabled because the shipped page does not embed a working jsPDF library. Use Export PNG or the browser Print command instead.
No. Drawing state is kept in memory for the current page session, and the app does not provide project save/load, local storage, undo/redo, or editable CAD interchange.
