DayCare Activity Hub is a local activity and routine planner for childcare teams. It combines a Kanban-style board with staff members, stars, due dates, priorities, follow-up dates, notes, and reusable daily or weekday routine templates.

How to use this tool

1. Add team members and use Give Star to record lightweight recognition.
2. Create an activity with a title, notes, assignee, date/time, priority, and optional follow-up date.
3. Drag cards through Ideas, To Do Soon, Doing Now!, Check & Confirm, All Done!, or Needs Follow Up.
4. Add daily or weekday routine templates and use Do Today when you want to create today’s task.
5. Save a JSON backup with an optional filename label, or load a compatible JSON file.

Inputs

Inputs include staff names, activity title and notes, assignee, date/time, Low/Medium/High priority, follow-up date, routine title, Daily or Weekly type, and weekdays Monday through Friday. JSON import expects the app’s activity, employee, routine, and counter structure.

Outputs

The board displays sortable activity cards, assignees, notes, priorities, due dates, and follow-up dates. It also shows staff star totals and creates a JSON download containing the current employees, activities, routines, and counters.
