What this tool does

Order Fulfilment Dashboard is a browser-based workflow board for tracking orders or other logistics items. It supports assigned agents, customer and item notes, ship-by dates, priorities, follow-up dates, configurable column names and colors, recurring order templates, appreciation stars, and JSON data backup.

How to use this tool

1. Add logistics agents and optionally customize the dashboard terms, column labels, and colors.
2. Create an order with an ID, customer, items or notes, assigned agent, target ship time, priority, and optional follow-up date.
3. Drag cards through New Orders, Picking, Packing & QC, Dispatch, Shipped/Delivered, or Issues/Returns.
4. Create recurring order templates and use Schedule Now when you want a task inserted for today.
5. Export the current board as JSON or import a compatible backup.

Inputs

Inputs include order details, team-member names, due and follow-up dates, Standard/Expedited/Urgent priority, recurring frequency, processing day and time, column labels, color settings, and compatible JSON data.

Outputs

The app displays sortable order cards, agent assignments, priorities, dates, notes, and follow-up status across six columns. Export creates a date-stamped JSON file containing settings, agents, tasks, recurring items, and counters.
